I never expected to get real-life confirmation of something from a TV show, yet somehow Elsbeth Season 2 confirmed that I will never, ever travel into space. Way too many things can go wrong in a tight compressed space from which you have no recourse. Not that the episode takes place in space, of course. That's the kind of wild swing a procedural like this would take on in a much later season.
