Jamall Russell, 29, worked as a teaching assistant at PS 97Q, the Forest Park School. NYPD officials said Russell had a sexual relationship with a 14-year-old girl at another school for a few months. She is now 15, police said.His arraignment was pending Tuesday morning in Queens Criminal Court.This is a developing story and may be updated.
