Brandon Chrostowski, owner of Edwins and Edwins Too, is moving his restaurants to the historic Nighttown space in Cleveland Heights. Restaurateur Brandon Chrostowski, known for Edwins and Edwins Too, is taking over the iconic Nighttown space in Cleveland Heights. Chrostowski plans to move both of his restaurants to the new location, offering refreshed menus and a revamped dining approach. The move will provide Chrostowski with a larger space, allowing him to expand his culinary training program for recently released incarcerated individuals.
He envisions three distinct dining areas: a classic brasserie, a casual lounge with a salon menu, and an ultra-fine dining room. While the exact opening date is yet to be determined, Chrostowski aims to open by the end of February or early March. He plans to retain the Edwins name and operate seven days a week.
