Sadly, 87% of those textiles end up in landfills. And if those linens are made of synthetic fibers, they can take up to 200 years to decompose!With the rapid growth in the textile category, this problem will only worsen. “The textile category - specifically bed and bath textiles - has risen 30%,” says Caitlin Villarreal. The entrepreneur says it’s one of the fastest growing home categories in the US right now.
