BCT Partners, a DEI-focused management consulting firm based in New Jersey, released a statement on Monday confirming that one of its employees was involved in the incident. The company stated that it vehemently denounced the employee's actions, which they deemed completely unacceptable and in direct conflict with their core values. BCT Partners launched a full internal investigation to determine the appropriate course of action. Meanwhile, Derrick Gunn, an Eagles podcaster, reported that Dom DiSandro, the Eagles' senior advisor to the general manager/chief security officer/gameday coaching operations, had identified the fan involved. According to Gunn, the Eagles organization will be taking action against the fan, banning him from future games and sending the female Packers fan an apology gift pack of Packers merchandise. Basara explained in his original post that the heckling was unprovoked and that they were simply cheering for Green Bay. He also noted that the situation could have escalated into physical violence if he had retaliated.
