Recent polling shows a mixed picture for Harris and Trump with just over 100 days until the presidential election.
Donald Trump suffered a double polling blow as two new surveys suggest that Vice President Kamala Harris can defeat the former president in November.A new Reuters/Ipsos poll has found Harris with a two-point lead nationally, though other recent polling shows Trump leading or tied.Separately, a poll conducted in Georgia by Landmark Communications found that Trump's lead over Harris is within the margin of error in the state that President Joe Biden won in 2020.
Newsweek reached out to the Trump campaign via email for comment.The Trump campaign has previously pointed Newsweek to recent swing-state polling conducted by Public Policy Polling from July 17 to 20 that showed him ahead of Harris in Arizona, Michigan, North Carolina and Pennsylvania.
