Trump shared erroneous accusations against one of the judge's clerks on Truth Social during Tuesday's hearing.
The former president is facing a civil fraud trial in New York, the result of a long-term investigation by the office of the state's Attorney General Letitia James, which found that he had routinely overstated his own personal wealth and the value of several of his assets, in order to obtain more favorable loans and deals. Last week, Engoron ruled that the information presented by James was sufficient, and ruled that Trump's behavior constituted fraud.

Greenfield, is running this case against me. How disgraceful! This case should be dismissed immediately!!" Trump wrote.
In response, Engoron issued a gag order against Trump and his legal team, barring them from publicly discussing members of his staff. Violation of the order would result in a"swift and meaningful sanctions," according to reporter Ana Cabrera.Judge Engoron just ordered a gag order on Donald Trump for posting a false personal attack on the judge's clerk, attorney Allison Greenfield.
