“The Apprentice,” a film dramatizing Donald Trump’s rise through New York City real estate and his relationship with political power broker Roy Cohn, will hit theaters in October in the final stretch of the presidential election, according to a source with knowledge of the deal. Briarcliff Entertainment, an independent distributor, plans to release the movie on Oct. 11, the source said.
