In Wednesday night’s U.S. Vice Presidential Debate between Sen. Kamala Harris and Vice President Mike Pence, Pence proved that deceit wears many faces—this time, a less bronzed, calmly expressionless one. It’s not quite what we’re accustomed to with President Donald Trump’s trademark aggression. Pence is far less likely to fly off the handles in a press briefing or exercise his Twitter fingers, but his brand is no less dangerous than that of Trump’s.
