CANTON, Ohio – Walk into Don Shula’s American Kitchen, and it’s as if you are in an art museum in the Hall of Fame Village.With Tom Benson Hall of Fame Stadium in sight of the newly opened restaurant, Don Shula’s American Kitchen is an anchor for the Village’s dining scene.
“It has been years in the making,” said Cody Platt, CEO of Shula’s Restaurant Group at Tuesday’s grand opening. He described the menu as “simple and straightforward” and the space as “entertaining, fun dining.” That something-for-everyone menu features a range of dishes, including chicken tenders, enchiladas, French dip, roasted half-chicken and fettuccine Bolognese.
