Jane Doe made the claims in a lawsuit filed in Florida in May.
She alleges, per the report, she first made contact with Howard in 2016 over social media, then the two started dating in 2022. At least two different women contacted Jane Doe claiming Howard had them the video.
According to the lawsuit, Jane Doe didn’t consent to being filmed, and she sent him a cease-and-desist letter. Jane Doe is suing Howard for invasion of privacy and intentional infliction of emotional distress. She’s asking for damages in excess of $50,000, per TMZ.. He can be heard on “The Opening Kickoff” on WNSP-FM 105.5 FM in Mobile or on the free Sound of Mobile App from 6 to 9 a.m. daily.
