DK Metcalf, Devon Witherspoon, and Laviska Shenault were the only Seahawks who didn’t practice due to injury.
The first practice report is out for the Seattle Seahawks’ Week 9 divisional matchup with the Los Angeles Rams, and a new potential concern has surfaced in Seattle’s secondary. Cornerback Devon Witherspoon sat out Wednesday with what the team called a foot injury. This was not addressed by Mike Macdonald prior to practice, so the extent to which Witherspoon is injured is unknown.
Leonard Williams was a DNP but as a resting veteran, so there’s nothing to really note there. Everyone else on the injury report was either limited or a full participant. Right tackles George Fant and Abe Lucas were both limited with their respective knee issues, and it’s been made clear by Macdonald that Lucas would return after the bye week .
