Rochester, N.Y. — The city officially released its request for development proposals for a prime piece of waterfront in Charlotte.
Ideas can now be submitted for a 2.8-acre vacant parcel located in the heart of the Port of Rochester on Lake Avenue. “We are seeking a partner who has the vision and a plan to build on the progress we have made and enhance the beauty and vitality of the Charlotte community," said Rochester Mayor Malik Evans. "Few if any locations offer the wealth of possibilities that this site offers.”An additional webinar for potential developers will be held Nov. 14, 2023 at 2 p.m.
