Authorities say Bryan Ferguson, who represented District 1 for the Detroit Police Board of Commissioners, was seen in his truck with a sex worker.
an undercover officer with the sheriff’s office saw Ferguson involved in a sex act in his truck near an intersection at about 7:15 a.m. Wednesday. Ferguson reportedly identified himself as a police commissioner and asked a deputy, “Can you help me out with this?”
Ferguson called the incident a “big misunderstanding,” the Free Press reports, and denies engaging in a sex act. He tells WXYC that a woman he doesn’t know got into his truck without permission and claimed someone was trying to kill her. He said he ordered the woman to get out but deputies arrived just moments later.
Ferguson was cited for indecent or obscene conduct involving a sex act with a prostitute, the Free Press reports.
