The Oscar-winning actress and former CAA agent announced in March they were divorcing after nearly 12 years of marriage.
The “Big Little Lies” star and former CAA agent will share equal custody of their 10-year-old son, Tennessee, and will split his expenses 50-50, court documents obtained by Page Six Friday morning show.
The former couple also requested to forgo a parenting seminar as they’ve been able to come to an amicable agreement and stated in the documents that they’ve been “effectively coparenting” Tennessee sinceThe Oscar-winning actress, 47, and Toth, 53, signed an NDA so their business and personal affairs will remain private; however, they did agree to divide their art, furniture and other household items.
