In the last year or so, two new cider bars have opened in Utah, with two more planning to open in 2023. That includes ScionCiderBar in the Granary District, which is serving up more than 200 ciders from all over the world.

They also serve up cider cocktails, wine and beer, and small bites — including French cheese and charcuterie, conservas , nuts, olives, and pintxos .
