According to the National Weather Service in Boulder, Denver will be 57 degrees under mostly cloudy skies on Friday. Winds could gust over 15 mph while light snow showers fall in the mountains. Some showers could make their way onto the plains, but any weather should wrap up by Friday afternoon. The cooler weather helps reduce fire conditions. Overnight, Denver will drop to 34 degrees.
Expect light snow showers to continue in the mountains this morning with a few rain showers spreading onto the plains. Showers diminish in the afternoon. Northerly winds will gust between 30-40 mph over the eastern plains.
