Denise Austin shared her top three tips for staying motivated to work out. “You have to start somewhere, and I truly believe just a little bit at a time really, truly works,” she said. Research shows that even less than 30 minutes of daily exercise has proven health benefits.Establishing a regular fitness routine can be overwhelming. There are so many different types of workouts, plus, you have to find what feels best in your body.
”The 67-year-old also recommended confiding in a workout buddy to keep you accountable, be that a family member, co-worker, or friend. And remember: “A little bit of exercise is always better than no exercise!” she said. “After the first five minutes, you start to feel good. Always, the first few minutes is hard to start for anyone, even myself.”These simple tips are Austin’s key to staying “young,” and “vibrant,” she said in the clip. “You can do it, you need to do it,” she gleamed.
