Dave Matthews, Norah Jones, Sammy Hagar, John Mayer and Zac Brown will perform Jan. 31 at the 2025 MusiCares Persons of the Year tribute concert honoring the Grateful Dead.

MusiCares and the Grammy Awards are both presented under the auspices of the Recording Academy. In the four decades since its inception, MusiCares has raised more than $100 million to provide assistance to musicians and other music-industry workers facing financial, medical and personal hardships, including addiction recovery and disaster relief.

Emmy Award-winner Andy Cohen, best known for his talk show “Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen,” will be the host of the 2025 MusiCares.
