Dave Chappelle 'upset' his armed attacker isn't facing felony charge
Comedian Dave Chappelle is unhappy that the man who was arrested for running on stage and attacking him was only charged with misdemeanors. Isaiah Lee, 23, appeared in court on Friday and pleaded not guilty to misdemeanor charges for attacking the comedian. Chapelle's lawyer suggested Lee should have faced felony charges for the attack.
