Dallas home ownership affordability declined in a new study from RealtyHop.com.
He said the affordability gap may increase in the future.
A change is obvious in many established Dallas neighborhoods, where big expensive new houses are replacing more affordable older homes. But Ashley Gentry, incoming president of the North Texas real estate association MetroTex Realtors, said Dallas still has options.
