Clouds are sticking around this morning across Southcentral, but sunshine will be quick to return in the afternoon.
Sunshine will remain in the forecast through at least ThursdayANCHORAGE, Alaska - While some showers are evident across coastal regions this morning, expect drier weather to take hold later today.
With sunny weather in the forecast, highs today will top out in the upper 40s and lower 50s. It’s very possible that areas of the Matanuska-Susitna Valley warm into the mid-50s later today. While Anchorage will be nowhere near Saturday’s record high of 57 degrees, temperatures will continue to warm through the week. Not only is it feeling more and more like spring, but the rising temperatures are depleting the Southcentral’s snow levels.
