Temperatures struggle through the 40s to near 50 today while a gusty breeze makes it feel several degrees colder. Winds wane tonight as many spots dip below freezing. But then, steady improvement. Tomorrow is still on the cool side, but without the wind. Then we’re back to highs near 60 on Friday and in the 60s to near 70 this weekend.
