A University of Colorado Boulder student was sexually assaulted Wednesday on campus during the week of Fall Welcome, the university said in an alert to students.
“Police advise students to use caution when opening doors, first verbally confirming identity before allowing anyone into residence hall rooms,” the alert said.
The suspect is described as a 6-foot to 6-foot-1, college-aged white man with dirty blonde hair wearing a white or gray shirt and sweatpants, police said. Anyone with information about the incident or the suspect is asked to contact CUPD at 492-6.
