Providing a positive and transformative environment is one thing, but having all expenses paid for the Harrisburg community is another that the man of the hour made a point of emphasis. “I think it’s an amazing opportunity,” said Trashaun McKinney, who’s 10-year-old son, Joseph Evans Carter Jr., attended camp. “I actually took off work for this. I wouldn’t miss it for the world.”
