PHOENIX — Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott was pleasant but let his feelings known about the departure of offensive coordinator Kellen Moore on Thursday...

as he walked out of the Phoenix Convention Center following a Super Bowl Radio Row appearance for one of his sponsors.

After greeting a reporter warmly and taking some pictures with some fans, Prescott was ushered away. Before heading into an awaiting car, Prescott looked back at a reporter and said everything that was on his mind in a brief exchange.with team executive vice president Stephen Jones citing philosophical differences being one of the main reasons.

Prescott has been around Moore ever since Prescott was drafted in the fourth round in 2016. Moore was ahead of a rookie Prescott on the depth chart at quarterback until he suffered a fractured leg in training camp and Tony Romo injured his back in a preseason game.Meanwhile, Moore moved from backup quarterback to quarterbacks coach to offensive coordinator in Prescott’s seven seasons as the starter.

After a 19-12 NFC divisional round loss to the San Francisco 49ers, the Cowboys elected to find a new voice for the offense. Head coach Mike McCarthy will take over the play calling duties and implement some principles of the West Coast offense.
