Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones will face the woman alleging he is her biological father during a jury trial in federal court on July 22.
Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones responds to reporters' questions after the NFL football owners spring meetings, Wednesday, May 22, 2024, in Nashville, Tenn.
Jones’ complaint says the women breached a contract when they publicly said he is her father and filed for paternity action. “As the direct — and intended — result of their disclosures, articles discussing the settlement agreement and allegations about Jones’s private life flooded the internet,” the lawsuit says.
One of the motions included Jones’ attorneys asking the court for sanctions against the Davises for allegedly deleting text messages that could have been used to prove they breached their confidentiality agreement by disseminating information to third parties.
