Coupa Software Inc. has agreed to a buyout by Thoma Bravo for $6.15 billion in cash.
Coupa said that the enterprise value of the deal, which includes debt and cash on its balance sheet, is $8 billion.showing a net loss of that it loss of $84.1 million despite a 17% increase in total revenue to $217.3 million. It posted a net loss of about $88 million in the corresponding quarter last year.
