A New Jersey man and a New York woman are facing drug distribution charges after being found with 19 pounds of fentanyl and more than two pounds of cocaine, authorities said. Plinio Junior Pineda Lopez, 33, of Oakland, is charged with conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute fentanyl while Lorendy Diaz Beltre De Inoa, 27, of Yonkers, New York, is charged with possession with intent to distribute fentanyl, theLopez and De Inoa were arrested in Wallington on Monday while trying to sell drugs to someone federal prosecutors described as a “confidential source.” De Inoa had three brick of fentanyl that weighed about 3.
