Southern California can expect to see a few clouds Monday morning and cool temperatures during the day.As a low pressure system brings some rain to the Bay Area, Southern California will just see mostly just clouds and cooler temperatures on Monday.Los Angeles and Orange counties will see clouds Monday morning, with temperatures rising to 78 degrees by the afternoon as the sun pokes out.Beaches will also be cloudy in the morning, with a high of 74 and 2-4 foot surf.
Mountain communities will be partly cloudy with a high of 68 during the day and drop to the 30s overnight.
