Transfer season is in full swing again in college football, and some standout players are already on the move. Here's what we know.

Transfer season is in full swing in college football once again. The portal officially opened Monday, Dec. 9 and will close on Saturday, Dec. 28. Players on teams that compete in the inaugural 12-team College Football Playoff and later bowl games will be allowed to enter an additional five-day transfer portal window in January after the portal closes. Let's take a look at the players who are testing the waters and transferring.

Western Kentucky QB TJ Finley Finley has announced he intends to enter the portal for the fifth time. He previously played for LSU, Auburn and Texas State. Finley was named the WKU starter earlier this season, but he was sidelined with a leg injury in early September and never reclaimed the starting role. In three games, he threw for 490 yards, one touchdown and two interceptions.
