80% of the evening’s proceeds will go to the Hispanic Federation Hurricane Fiona Relief Fund for Puerto Rico and Dominican Republic.At Cocktails for Recovery, Roy Boys beverage director, Luis Aliaga, joins forces with Al Thompson, bar director at Hanumanh and Thip Khao, and Daniel Sanchez from well-missed Espita, will offer cocktails “omakase” style.
