After what happened we asked city officials what changes could be in the works to make sure groups who choose to make San Antonio the site of their big events feel safe as a citywide search is underway for who fired the bullet."She was with a group she was laughing and telling stories one second the next she was fighting for her life," Executive Director of the Texas High School Coaches Association Joe Martin said."We want to celebrate the great things that she did.
