James Corcoran, 81, used the same online profile that led to his 2021 arrest to reach out to an undercover investigator in July, after a judge allowed him to remain free while he appealed his conviction as long as he stayed off the internet.

Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court Judge Andrew Santoli found James I.W. Corcoran in violation of the judge’s May decision to allow Corcoran to put off serving a six-month prison sentence for a conviction involving a sex sting that used an undercover agent.
