Officials said citizens may not be able to access jacksonville.gov, jaxready.com, calls to 630-CITY, JaxEPICS, or any city mobile apps.The Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Department has plans in place to ensure the interruptions don’t affect emergency responses so citizens can call 911 to report emergencies.
Please know that we are aware and have contingent plans in place to ensure that these interruptions do not effect emergency responses to this great city!The city said there is no indication of a cyber-attack or security breach and the issue has been narrowed down to internet service providers.Hailing from Detroit, Jonathan is excited to start his media career at News4JAX in November 2023.
