City, County Government offices closed for Cesar Chavez Day

In observance of César E. Chávez Day, many area businesses and offices are closing up shop or adjusting their hours Friday, March 31.

San Diego Police Department and San Diego Fire-Rescue emergency crews are not impacted by the holiday closure.Other online services, including submitting new project applications, resubmittals and payments will be available at sandiego.gov/DSD.

Balboa Park, Mission Bay and Torrey Pines golf courses are open for regular play, but normal Friday rates will apply. Chollas Lake Park will be open, but the Barrett, Hodges, and Lower and Upper Otay reservoirs will be closed. All other city reservoirs will remain open during regular hours.
