Chuck Norris, 84, revealed his mom passed away this week.
Chuck Norris' mother, Wilma Norris Knight, has died at 103 years old. The Walker, Texas Ranger actor, 84, shared via Instagram that she passed away on Wednesday, December 4.In the touching slideshow tribute, which he shared on December 6, Norris revealed that his mom 'went home to be with Jesus.' The actor also described his mother as 'a woman of unwavering faith, a beacon of light in our lives' whose 'love reflected God's grace.
'Other famous faces expressed their condolences in the comments. Actor Terry Crews added a simple red heart. 'Praying for you all sir,' replied country musician Jason Michael Carroll.Knight and Ray Dee Norris gave birth to Chuck Norris in 1940 in Oklahoma. After couple divorced in 1956, Knight then moved Chuck and his brothers to Prairie Village, Kansas, and eventually to Torrance, California.The actor maintained his love for his mother throughout the years.
