While Christina, 41, will take possession of their properties in Newport Beach, California, and in Nashville while their divorce drags on, Josh, 43, will be able to use their house in Franklin, Tennessee — whenever he wants — as long as he doesn’t rent it out to anyone.The documents also show that Josh will return the remains of the $35K he transferred to himself in July.
