Chris Pratt’s ‘Guardians of the Galaxy’ stunt double Tony McFarr's cause of death revealed
, the Orange County Medical Examiner in Florida ruled McFarr’s death as the result of an irregular heartbeat due to an issue with his heart valves.
Donna told the outlet that her son was “active and healthy” and called his death “unexpected” and “shocking.”“Devastated to hear about the loss of my friend and former stunt double,” he wrote on his Instagram Story. “We did several movies together. We golfed, drank whiskey, smoked cigars, and spent endless hours on set. I’ll never forget his toughness.”
The “Parks and Recreation” alum concluded his post: “He’ll be missed. My prayers go out to his friends and family, especially his daughter.”Pratt went on to share photos of himself and McFarr on multiple movie sets, including from “Jurassic World.”
