The alarming announcements appeared in the Mills neighborhood on Sunday morning, and claimed to be from an out-of-state Ku Klux Klan chapter. Gray said in other parts of Chillicothe, neighbors received recruitment letters asking them to join the KKK. ABC 6 reached out to Chillicothe police to learn if they have received any complaints about the fliers, but we have not heard back.
