And they said no," he said.
"Under the law, EFTA, it's actually the bank's burden to prove that the author of the transaction was authorized," said consumer protection attorney Nick Barthell. "She told me that they put glue in the card reader of the ATM machines. So you can't use your card," said Bongiorno.And when the card reader didn't work, a stranger offered help.
