The campaign also encourages people to nominate three others to fist-bump by tagging them in the post. Barkley, the former Auburn star, nominated Auburn football coach Hugh Freeze, Auburn basketball Bruce Pearl and SEC Network analyst Paul Finebaum.
The #FistBumps4ALS is very similar to the 2014 Ice Bucket Challenge, which raised $220 million for ALS research.
