MADISON TOWNSHIP, Ohio - Criminal charges are pending for a Madison Township resident who threw snow at a plow truck driver, police said.

According to a release from Madison Township Police, on Tuesday, a resident became upset with the Madison Township Road Department.The resident became so upset, according to police, that he took a large shovel full of snow and threw it into the open driver-side window of the plow truck operator.Police said the incident is under investigation, and criminal charges are pending.
