Two officers involved in the Herman Whitfield III incident have been charged.
INDIANAPOLIS — Nearing a year since the death of Herman Whitfield in IMPD custody, Marion County Prosecutor Ryan Mears announced there will be charges filed against two officers involved in the incident.
