The girl told police that 49-year-old Phillip Poust sexually abused her and showed her a pornography site.
A Perry County man is accused of raping a girl who reported the assaults earlier this month after years of abuse.
According to an affidavit of probable cause filed by Pennsylvania State Police, an 11-year-old girl reported the assaults on October 3. She was able to recall three instances from when she was 8 years old to the present, during which Poust raped and sexually assaulted her. The assaults occurred in different locations in Perry County, and one location in Cumberland County, according to police.
