CAULIPOWER launches new frozen meals made in Italy with premium quality ingredients including Cauliflower Gnocchi with Savory Pesto, to Spinach Gnocchi with Tuscan-Style Marinara, and Cauliflower Penne Pomodoro.

Creator of the leading cauliflower crust pizza brand in the U.S., CAULIPOWER, has officially launched its latest culinary innovation: one-pan multi-serve frozen meals. From Cauliflower Gnocchi with Savory Pesto, to Spinach Gnocchi with Tuscan-Style Marinara, and Cauliflower Penne Pomodoro,is made in Italy with premium quality ingredients.

The expansion into the $1 billion multi-serve frozen meal category, marks CAULIPOWERS entry into their eighth category in five years. The company shared that each new meal brings a delicious, flavorful alternative that is nutrient-dense and vegetable-rich, which has been desperately needed in this space and desired by customers. “The frozen meal category is huge, and ripe for disruption, so consumers can definitely expect more from us in that space,” Becker said.

As life continues to get busy for individuals and families, the multi-serve meal category has seen a surge in growth from consumers, particularly those who want convenient and healthy meal ideas. According to a , 72% of category consumers said that they are looking for products offering more fruit and vegetable servings. The report also found that 64% of consumers choose frozen meals because it’s convenient and quicker
