Jody Martinez's French bulldog, King, was stolen by a man who was skateboarding by. The entire incident was captured on home security video. "It was just a brief moment, that's all it takes." "He was trying to bite because you can see him pulling away and he grabs him by his arms and all I can think is that it hurts."
The high price of Frenchies has drawn the attention of thieves, something Martinez said she's been aware of.
