has broken ground on the 331-unit Diamond Flats. The six-acre project is located at 1402 Carrollton Parkway at State Highway 121. The development is just east of Interstate 35E.“This incredible location in Carrollton offers residents quick access to the top amenities in the Dallas-Fort Worth market,” NRP Group’s Alena Savera said in a statement.

“We are fortunate to work with partners like H.I.G Capital and Santander Bank, N.A., to deliver rental opportunities where apartment demand is surging,” Savera said. The property will open in 2025 and includes community coworking spaces, a fitness center, resort-style pool, game room and secured parking garage.
Diamond Flats is the second NRP development in the Carrollton area. The company has a 330-unit property on Old Denton Road.NRP Group has about 20 rental communities in Dallas-Fort Worth.
