For many of us, the very notion of getting a seat in a Ferrari would be exciting. Others, though, have so much money that they can’t just be satisfied with a Ferrari from the factory. Must be tough but, for them, there is Carlex.bespoke conversion by Carlex takes what is already an exquisitely luxurious vehicle and pumps it up by working on nearly every aspect of the interior.
Better still, because the animal is wild, its skin is cut and scarred in unrepeatable ways, making each piece unique and giving it a vintage look. For use inElsewhere,has opted for black leather detailing to contrast the caramel interior, which comes from buffalos, instead of cows or kudus. To top it all off, the interior also gets unique seams, laser-engraved motifs, and metal badges.
And sporty it is, indeed. Reasonably, Carlex has decided that Ferrari’s engineers did a bang-up job and has left the 6.5-liter V12 engine alone. That means that it still makes 789 HP at 8,500 rpm and 529 lb-ft of torque at 7,000 rpm, which should be more than enough to distract you from the leather, no matter how soft and unique it is.
