The workout is broken up into three circuits consisting of three exercises each, performed back-to-back for three rounds per circuit, which means your heart rate will be elevated in no time. You'll ideally be burning more fat due to the intensity of the movements and the minimal rest.
You'll start with a dynamic warmup, then expect to do moves like goblet squats, plank variations, and lunge variations. The best part, you can do this workout with or without equipment and there are low-impact and high-impact options for each exercise! Arias recommends doing this workout twice a week and also emphasized making sure you're consuming protein, healthy fats, and complex carbs to help you reach your muscle-building goals.
